Look, we know these legal pages suck, but they’re super important. This is us being honest about what information we grab from you, why we need it, and how we keep it safe. The short version: We don’t sell your data. We use it to send you awesome tips and make the site work better. That’s it.
The Stuff We Actually Collect
We only collect the information we absolutely need to deliver on the “Glow Inside Out” promise.
1. Stuff You Tell Us (Directly)
This is the data you hand over when you actively do something on the site, mostly through the Personalized Spark Tips form.
Name & Email: We need this to send you the Personalized Spark Tips and any future blog updates or Ebooks you sign up for. We use your email to talk to you—for the good stuff, not the spam.
The Vibe Check Data: When you fill out that personalized tips form, you tell us things like your current sleep level, how often you get outside, or how stressed you are. We use this to figure out which of the 20 Core Principles you should start with. We definitely do not ask for any medical history or personal health information.
2. Stuff the Internet Collects (Automatically)
This is the boring technical data that most websites track to keep the lights on and know if people are even reading our stuff.
Usage Data: Info about how you use the site—which pages you visit, how long you stay, where you clicked, and what kind of device you’re on. This just helps us make the site less confusing.
IP Address: Your internet address. We track this just to know generally where our audience is coming from (like, if most of you are in Texas vs. Germany) and to stop spam.
How We Use and Share Your Data (The Boring Tech Part)
Why We Use It:
To Deliver Value: To send you the personalized starter tips, blog posts, and purchased Ebooks.
To Stay in Touch: To respond to your questions when you hit us up via email.
To Make the Site Better: To analyze where people get stuck or what content is crushing it (via Usage Data).
When We Share It (Real Talk: We Don’t Sell It)
We are not selling your personal data to advertisers or anyone else. Full stop. However, we have to use certain external services to run the site, and those services need to process your data to do their job.
Email Service Provider: We use a professional provider to actually send you our emails and blog posts. They get your email address so they can send the message. Makes sense, right?
Analytics: We use tools like Google Analytics to understand site traffic. They only get the anonymous Usage Data, not your name or email. It’s just numbers to them.
Legal Reasons: If the police or a judge sends us a really serious, legal demand, we gotta comply. But like, please don’t be a jerk and make that happen, okay?
